Coming from a “new California” winemaker – Ian Brand, Le P’tit Paysan is his label for French varietals. Ian is a huge advocate for the soils and land in Monterrey. He harvests earlier and aims for a leaner, less extracted example of Cabernet. Coming in at around 13.5% abc and balanced with 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, this is an ideal summertime Cabernet.
